Living, Growing and Sharing in God's Love

 We Gather
on Saturdays at 5 pm for Evening Light and
on Sundays at 8 am and 10:45 am for Worship.
During July and August our Sunday Worship begins at 9 am.

We Hear the Word of God
     through the reading of Scripture,
     through preaching and prayers,
     and through sermons and songs.

We Share the Meal
gathering at the table of our Lord we receive
his real presence in bread and wine,
at every Saturday Evening Light Worship,
at 8 am on the First, Third, and Fifth Sundays,
at 10:45 am on the Second, Fourth and Fifth Sundays,
at 9 am during July and August, and
at each morning worship service on every Festival Sunday.

We are Sent to Go in Peace
to love and serve the Lord in our families, communities
and throughout the world.
   THANKS BE TO GOD!

Wherever you are in your journey of faith
you are welcome to join us at the table of our Lord!

Our Saturday Evening Light Worship is informal in dress and style. Holy Communion is always celebrated, and the major musical instrument used is a baby grand piano. Once a month, Evening Light leads into a covered-dish dinner and an evening activity.

Our Sunday Morning Worship embraces the richness of the Evangelical Lutheran Worship with its wonderful variety of liturgies and music.  While infants and children are always welcome in worship, child care is also available on Sunday mornings.  At every Sunday service there's also a special "God's Talk for Children."  Our Senior Choir, two Children's Choirs and two Bell Choirs take turns sharing the gift of song, with the pipe organ as the major musical instrument.  To learn more about the Music Life of St. John's, click here....
